We take the mandates where the documentation is incomplete, the service history is lost, and the conclusion has to hold technically — not only commercially. Every finding is traced back to physical evidence: measured condition, verified documentation or a reproducible model. Where the evidence is missing, we state it instead of pricing around the gap.

Dmitry Ivliev founded ESTLS in 2016 with a focus on independent engineering analysis and technical advisory for complex industrial assets.
He leads the firm's strategic development and remains directly involved in technically demanding engagements involving industrial asset assessment, equipment reliability, failure investigation and engineering risk.
His professional approach emphasizes technical independence, rigorous analysis and the practical application of engineering findings to investment, operational and commercial decisions.
Under his leadership, ESTLS has developed a multidisciplinary project portfolio spanning mining, heavy machinery, energy, transport, industrial infrastructure and marine systems.
One hub, one dispatch point. Moscow coordinates every mandate and sends field teams into all key regions of the Russian Federation — Arctic, Siberia, Urals, Volga, South and the Far East. Five international desks extend that reach, and a new office in Santiago opens South America.
